We moved to San Diego about 10 years ago and fell in love with the place: the beaches, zoo, weather and community.  We think it is a wonderful place to raise children – especially our neighborhood of Scripps Ranch.  We are a close community with great schools and parks.  We are looking forward to taking our child to the “tot lot” near our house and on walks to the farmer’s market on Saturday morning.

We are in an area that feels like a small town but close to the conveniences of a large city.  We live on a cul-de-sac where there are a lot of small children.  On nice days they are usually all outside playing with each other, and our dog, Sydney.  She is the neighborhood dog – kids often come over to see if she can come out and play.  It will be exciting to watch our child grow up and play with the other kids, ride bikes, and play ball in the neighborhood.
